Medication
We don't start with medication unless it's clearly needed. Medication is considered only when it is likely to be truly helpful and only as part of a broader care conversation.

We don't rush diagnoses. If something is unclear, we take the time to understand it properly. Diagnoses are treated as tools that guide care, not as labels that reduce a person to a category.
Initial sessions are typically 45 to 75 minutes. Follow-up visits are often about 45 minutes, with the last portion reserved for confidential documentation, coordination, and appropriate follow-up planning.
Referral can be appropriate if someone needs emergency support, a higher level of care, specialized testing, or services outside the scope of this practice.
